Effective 31 December 2009, Nörr Stiefenhofer Lutz Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater Wirtschaftprüfer • Partnerschaft has transferred its business to Noerr LLP. Noerr LLP is a limited liability partnership (LLP) under English law which is registered in England and Wales under the number OC349228, in which the personal liability of the individual members is limited. A list of the members is available for inspection at the registered headquarters of Noerr LLP in Tower 42, 25 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1HQ or at the place of management in 80333 Munich, Brienner Str. 28, Germany.
The change of legal form does not alter the scope and quality of our advice services. The transfer of the business merely means that, effective 31 December 2009, the client-lawyer relationships are transferred from Nörr Stiefenhofer Lutz • Partnerschaft to Noerr LLP. Nörr Stiefenhofer Lutz • Partnerschaft will no longer take on any new instructions from this time onwards. New client-lawyer relationships will exclusively be formed with Noerr LLP from 31 December 2009 onwards.
At Noerr LLP, the title of “Partner” will refer to a member of Noerr LLP, and to persons with a similar position and qualifications who are not members of Noerr LLP.

Unless otherwise stated, all lawyers, notaries, auditors and tax advisors of our German offices, are admitted to practice in Germany.
All German lawyers belong to the Rechtsanwaltskammer (Chamber of Lawyers) of their respective locations.
All German tax advisors belong to the Steuerberaterkammer (Chamber of Tax Advisors) of their respective locations.
All auditors belong to the Wirtschaftsprüferkammer (Chamber of Auditors).
All notaries belong to the appropriate chamber at their locations.
