Nörr Stiefenhofer Lutz has received the "Client Choice Award" 2007 of the British legal online service International Law Office (ILO). ILO has awarded this prize annually since 2005 to law firms in 46 jurisdictions which are distinguished for their ability "to add real value to their client’s business over and above the other players in the market". Nörr received the award for Germany. More than 1,300 in-house counsel world-wide provided assessments.

ILO is one of the organisations the awards of which carry weight. The online service has more than 33,000 subscribers world-wide. In addition, it is the official online media partner of the International Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel and European Company Lawyers Association.
