Next to our 15 offices in 11 countries, we are working in a friendly cooperation with several other offices and are a member of the Lex Mundi network. All this together enables us to offer excellent legal advice in almost all jurisdictions. Lex Mundi is the worldwide largest network of independent law firms (www.lexmundi.com) and connects approximately 160 law firms and over 21,000 lawyers. In Germany we are an exclusive member.

It is part of our policy to promote the international experience of our professionals. Hence we encourage them to look beyond the boundaries of their own offices: Working in one of our foreign offices or doing a secondment at a friendly law firm or a Lex Mundi partner is obligatory. We enable our professionals in this manner to engage in professional and personal exchange with foreign colleagues and acquire perspectives on international client work. A highlight is the annual participation of selected colleagues in the “Cross-Border Dispute Resolution Programme” of Lex Mundi in California (U.S.A.). In a one-week training programme, our lawyers have the opportunity to build on their personal capacities in an international context. Our partners regularly participate in international Lex Mundi conferences.

“On the Job” Training:

As a young professional, you will be integrated from the beginning in a team of experiences lawyers and specialists with whom you will actively work together in day-to-day business. You will be supported by a partner who will regularly provide you with individual feedback. The “four-eye principle” ensures not only the quality of the results but also guarantees the transfer of know-how from experienced partners to younger associates. Through our Noerr-wide knowledge management data bank, you also have access at all times to the knowledge resources of the law firm. We also offer in various networks regular opportunities for a broader exchange of experience.

By participating in international cases and conducting international secondments, you can enrich your professional profile with international elements. Furthermore, your development will be monitored in annual assessment interviews in which you receive individual and personal feedback and discuss your next professional stages at Noerr.

General Training Programmes:

Next to the personal support on the job, we offer our professionals a diversified training programme developed for our law firm: At “Noerr Campus” and “Noerr Campus Department” you have the opportunity of systematic professional training and the exchange with your colleagues from other offices. With “Noerr Campus Professional” we have additionally developed a special training programme for our young professionals. Over a period of five years, we support you in the development of your interdisciplinary but also personal and entrepreneurial skills. This also includes international exchange with colleagues from other offices.

Our colleagues are our greatest asset. And you should feel this. We offer fixed employment with above-average remuneration consisting of a monthly fixed salary and a performance-related annual bonus (from the third year). We also contribute to travelling costs. In addition, our Associated Partner also receive a bonus related to the overall result of the partnership.
