The international law firm Noerr LLP expands its Banking & Finance Practice Group. On 1 February, the financing specialist Andreas Naujoks, LL.M. as Equity Partner and Karsten Fink as Associate join the Frankfurt Noerr office. Together, they come to Noerr from Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft.

With the expertise of Andreas Naujoks (37), Noerr adds strength in a core area of the financing practice: acquisitions and real estate financing. "We are delighted to gain Mr. Naujoks and Mr. Fink for our finance practice, they suit us ideally", said Sebastian Bock, head of the Noerr Banking & Finance Practice Group. "Andreas Naujoks is an ambitious young partner with a strong real estate financing practice, a strategically important area of our law firm", added Dr. Alexander Ritvay, Co-Head of the Noerr Corporate/M&A at Noerr. Only last year the "Noerr Real Estate Investment Group", which specialises in real estate investments and financing, was formed. The group is headed by Dr. Alexander Goepfert, one of the leading real lawyers in Germany.

In Karsten Fink (35), Noerr gains another experienced acquisitions and real estate financing lawyer. Both advised on many significant acquisitions and real estate financing cases in recent years.
