Peter Bräutigam

Peter Bräutigam is a proven specialist in the field of information technology law and advises on all kinds of issues relating to IT law and digitalisation, including the legal implications of artificial intelligence and data rights. His expertise spans IT outsourcing/BPO contracts, cloud computing, framework and software project contracts, service level agreements, data protection, cybersecurity, agile programming and software licensing issues.
