Christoph Brenzinger has been active in the real estate sector for over 20 years and has played a leading role in many of the largest (including cross-border and multi-jurisdictional) real estate transactions in Germany. He recently acted for a fund managed by Apollo Global Management on building a logistics platform and its subsequent sale to GIC, for HoWoGe on the acquisition of residential portfolios from Vonovia and Deutsche Wohnen and for Lone Star on the sale of a residential development platform. He is particularly experienced in the structuring, financing and implementation of real estate related private equity transactions. Christoph Brenzinger is a leading member of the Tech Team of Noerr`s Real Estate Investment Group which develops and implements innovative digital services for the real estate industry.

- Apollo Global Management: Advising on the creation of a pan-European logistics platform, the acquisition of various assets for the platform and the sale of the platform to Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund GIC
- Catella Project Management: Advising on several district and other development projects
- Demire: Advising on the sale of LogPark Leipzig and the acquisition of the Cielo tower in Frankfurt
- HoWoGe and Wohnen in Dresden: Advising each on the acquisition of residential portfolios from Vonovia and Deutsche Wohnen
- Joint Venture between die developer Projektentwicklung and Oman Investment Authority: Advising on the development and sale of the office tower Eclipse in Düsseldorf
- Vonovia: Advising on the integration of approximately 30,000 residential units of the Vitus Group, the acquisition of approximately 11,500 residential units from the DeWAG Group and on the sale of around 24,000 residential units to LEG
