Sebastian Dienst

Sebastian Dienst is an associated partner based in Noerr’s Munich office and a member of the Data Privacy and Digital Business practice groups. He specialises in data protection law and IT law. Sebastian has wide-ranging expertise in advising international companies from various industry sectors, especially in the areas of data protection governance, data protection by design, data breach management and data protection litigation. Sebastian contributes as an author to publications such as the international handbook “The New European General Data Protection Regulation, Impact on Corporate Practice – A Practitioner’s Guide” (Rücker/Kugler, 2018) and the legal handbooks “Internet of Things” (Bräutigam/Kraul, 2021) and “E-Commerce” (Bräutigam/Rücker, 2016).
