Petr Hrncir

Petr Hrnčíř is a local partner in Noerr's Prague office with more than 12 years of experience advising Czech and international clients on commercial transactions, broad commercial law advice and representation in court and administrative proceedings. He specialises in providing comprehensive legal advice to clients in a wide range of industries, including the food, healthcare and energy sectors. He is regularly recognized by Legal 500 as a leading expert in mergers and acquisitions.

  • Bauer Media Group on the acquisition of a majority stake in NetBrokers Holding, a leading Czech online comparison platform (OCP) business
  • Deutsche Telekom on the acquisition of GTS Central Europe, one of the main infrastructure-based telecommunications service providers in Central and Eastern Europe with a strong presence in the Czech Republic
  • dnata (Emirates group) on its acquisition of Czech specialist aviation services company Air Dispatch, operating on the Prague, Warsaw and Bratislava airports
  • BC Partners on the Czech and Slovak aspects of its sale of portfolio group synlab to Cinven; and on the previous add-on acquisition of leading Czech provider of laboratory diagnostic in human genetics Chambon
