Annette Pospich is head of Noerr’s Real Estate Investment Group and focuses on transactions, financing and deal structuring in the real estate sector. She specialises in advis-ing on large real estate transactions in the retail sector and the office and logistics sectors, particulary also on finance and investment law aspects. In this context she is also leading in setting up letting structures for commercial properties and sale and lease back structures for industrial sites. Distinguished by the industry press as one of the leading partners of law firms in the legal real estate sector as well as one of the 25 most important women of the Germanreal estate industry, she has played a decisive role in a large number of acquisitions, sales and structuring matters.

- Letting of a new headquarter of Serviceplan, one of Germany’s largest marketing consultancies in Munich (in total more than 40,000 sqm lettable areas)
- Takeover of 10 retail centers in Germany for Redos/Union Investment (in total more than 101,000 sqm lettable area)
- Acquisition of the Intelligence Quarters in Hamburg for a Real I.S. institutional fund structure (in total more than 21,500 sqm lettable area) – letting still ongoing
- Acquisition of the Sumatrakontor in Hamburg for a Real I.S. institutional fund structure (in total more than 30,000 sqm lettable area) – letting still ongoing
- Advise in the re-structuring and refurbishment of 4 large shopping centers in Berlin (so called Christie portfolio) for Madison – letting still ongoing
- Acquisition of SZ Tower for an Art Invest institutional fund structure (in total more than 62,200 sqm lettable area)
- Advise of GoldTree Group in all acquisitions and letting matters in the German market (e.g. Sky Headquarter Unterföhring, old ministries in Tulpenfeld Bonn, DB Schenker headquarter in Duisburg, Esprit headquarter in Ratingen)
- Advising Commerz Real on the sale of the office building "Wings" in Düsseldorf to Advenis Germany
- Advised Union Investment on acquisition of majority stake in O2 Tower
- Advising Peakside on the acquisition of logistics properties
- Advised alstria office REIT AG on the sale of a property in Stuttgart and Düsseldorf
- Advised ATMIRA Group on a large volume logistics project in leasing and project development
- Advising an investment bank on all aspects of portfolio asset management
