Christoph Spiering

Dr Christoph Spiering is corporate partner with Noerr’s Hamburg office. He advises on acquisitions and reorganizations. His clients include international public sector enterprises, in particular energy and water utilities as well as environmental service providers and telecommunications companies. He also specializes in structuring cross-border joint ventures and on advising strategic and private equity investors on transactions in Germany and Central and Eastern Europe.
