Julian von Lucius

Julian von Lucius is an associated partner based in our Berlin office and a member of Noerr’s Telecommunications and Regulatory & Governmental Affairs practice groups. He provides wide-ranging advice on all regulatory issues involving telecommunications and media law and public procurement law. One of his key practice areas involves coordinating complex infrastructure projects. Julian publishes articles on telecommunications law on a regular basis and has been a lecturer in European media law at the Free University of Berlin since 2017.
