18 October 2017 – Noerr advises ISS on facility services contracts for Deutsche Telekom

18.10.2017

Noerr has advised the world’s leading facility services company, ISS A/S, on the successful closing of a package of contracts with Deutsche Telekom. Starting in July 2019, ISS will deliver integrated facility services to Deutsche Telekom at around 9,000 locations throughout Germany. Once fully operational, the contract will be the largest in the ISS Group.

The package of contracts includes several ten-year contracts with Deutsche Telekom subsidiaries. The partnership covers facility services for several thousand buildings, antennas, towers, masts and other technical assets. More than 6,000 ISS employees will be providing services for Deutsche Telekom.

This engagement represents a continuation of the cooperation between Noerr and ISS. The law firm has advised and supported the group – which has worldwide revenue of approximately € 10.6 billion – in projects including the acquisition of the former E.ON subsidiary EVANTEC and during the acquisition from Vattenfall of VSG GmbH, its facility services provider and former subsidiary. Christoph Spiering and Olav Wagner co-led each project for Noerr.
