DIC Asset AG secures office property in Berlin with Noerr

Noerr has advised DIC Asset AG on a transaction on the Berlin real estate market. The listed property company has as part of a forward deal secured a new building project of CASADA GmbH in Berlin-Halensee with an intended total investment of around €90 million.

The office project planned by CASADA GmbH is located at Heilbronner Straße 26 near the Kurfürstendamm. After completion in early 2021, the 8-storey new building will have around 16,000 square metres of rental space.
