Noerr acts in the sale of Berlin residential complexes

The law firm Noerr acted for caleus capital investors in a transaction in which three residential complexes with a total of 1,800 units in Berlin were sold by the pan-European real estate fund EPISO advised by Caleus and Tristan Capital Partners. The purchasers are state companies.

The residential complexes are in Tegel, Wedding and Neukölln and consist mainly of one and two room apartments. The residential company Gesobau takes over the largest residential complex in Tegel with 788 units, WBM acquires 552 units in Wedding. The city and the state acquire a further 467 apartments in Neukölln.
