Led by Prague partner Barbara Kusak and Senior Associate Lucia Luptáková, independent international law firm Noerr advised ESPIRA, a private equity firm, on a successful exit from ICON Communication Centres s.r.o. by sale to yoummday, a rapidly growing German tech platform.

Headquartered in Prague and established in 2003, ICON Communication Centres s.r.o. is a business process outsourcer (BPO) and call centre specialising in inside sales and account management customer experiences for B2B brands.

ESPIRA Investments is a Prague-based private equity firm investing growth capital in Central European small and medium size enterprises. One element of ESPIRA’s strategy includes investing in companies managed by gender diverse leadership teams.

Founded in 2016, the Munich-based startup yoummday takes a new approach to how customer service workers operate, empowering a new generation of work-at-home in the profession.
