Led by Barbara Kusak and Lucia Luptakova our law firm advised Rubix, a leading industrial distributor and portfolio company of Advent International, on its acquisition of SEALL s.r.o. 

Founded in 1991, SEALL developed to become a leading domestic distributor and services provider focused on hydraulics and pneumatics, with tailored solutions in sealing and hoses. Headquartered in Chomutov, the business operates from five locations in the Czech Republic with 65 employees. SEALL is expected to deliver sales in excess of CZK 170m for the year ending 31 December 2021.
