Noerr advises TAG Immobilien AG in its expansion on the Polish market

Noerr has advised TAG Immobilien AG on the acquisition of Vantage Development S.A. (listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange), a leading real estate developer operating in the Western Poland. The selling shareholders of Vantage Development secured the transaction by their 100% commitment to sell all their shares for a total net consideration of ca. EUR 85m.

With this move, TAG wants to enter the growing Polish residential-for-rent market, with the Vantage Development acting as a nucleus of TAG’s rental portfolio in Poland.

The transaction is subject to obtaining a merger clearance.
