Noerr advises Activum SG on the sale of office complex in Leipzig

03.06.2015

A team of Noerr’s Real Estate Investment Group has advised the real property fund manager Activum SG on the sale of the Atrium office complex in Leipzig. The purchaser is the Vienna-based FLE GmbH, a subsidiary of the French LFPI Group.

The office complex located in Leipzig’s Neuschönefeld district encompasses ca. 22,000 square metres. In early 2014, Activum Fonds II had already relied on the advice of Noerr on the purchase of this complex from Royal Bank of Scotland. Activum, a Jersey-based investor specialising in repositioning undervalued real property, regularly seeks the advice of Noerr’s Real Estate Investment Group in its transactions, most recently in October when taking over the residential project developer formart from HOCHTIEF AG.

Consisting of more than 60 closely connected experts of various disciplines, Noerr’s Real Estate Investment Group (REIG) is in the position of offering clients in the real property industry a unique interdisciplinary spectrum of services. Based on this strategic approach, REIG has been able over the past few years to continuously increase its market share, being the market leader in Germany in 2014 with its participation in four of the top 10 transactions (source: Thomas Daily).
