Noerr advises Art-Invest Real Estate on real estate purchase in Dortmund

Noerr has advised Art-Invest Real Estate on its purchase of a commercial building in a prime location in Dortmund. The building, which is mostly used as a retail property, is located on Dortmund’s popular shopping street Westenhellweg.

The property has 12,200 square metres of rental space and 130 underground parking spaces. The long-term main tenants are Hennes & Mauritz and Lush. The building was purchased by using special assets managed by Art-Invest. The seller of the property is a group of investors represented by the Amsterdam investor D&R Investments.
