Noerr advises Bogner Group on syndicated financing

The law firm Noerr has advised the Bogner Group on a new syndicated loan agreement. The advisory team was led by partners Torsten Wehrhahn and Andreas Naujoks.

Willy Bogner GmbH & Co. KGaA relied on UniCredit Bank AG and Bayerische Landesbank as mandated lead arrangers of the new financing. Commerzbank AG was also a member of the syndicate. The syndicated loan has a three-year term and is partially secured by a guarantee issued by the state of Bavaria (with LfA Förderbank Bayern as its agent).

Bogner is one of the most famous luxury sports fashion brands worldwide. The company was founded in Munich in 1932.
