Noerr advises CA Immo on financing of project development of the office and hotel high-rise ONE

Noerr has advised CA Immo Deutschland GmbH on the financing of a project development in Frankfurt am Main. CA Immo is building the 49-storey office and hotel high-rise ONE in the Europaviertel, which is centrally located between the banking district and the exhibition grounds. It will have a total of 65,000 m² leasable space plus a separate multi-story car park with a total of 470 parking spaces.

The lower 14 floors will be used as a hotel with a restaurant and conference area. The upper floors are designed as office space, with part of this as co-working space. The building will also have a skybar at 185 metres. The hotel space has already been let to NH Hotels Deutschland GmbH. HELABA is financing the project by providing up to €250m with a loan term of 10 years.
