Noerr advises DIC Asset AG on expansion of existing portfolio with logistics complex

Noerr has advised DIC Asset AG on the acquisition of a fully-let multi-tenant logistics complex for its commercial portfolio by way of a share deal. The newly acquired complex was already transferred to DIC Asset AG’s portfolio at the end of the third quarter. The SDAX-listed company is seeking green building certification for the complex.

The fully-let multi-tenant logistics complex in the eastern German city of Halle (Saale) consists of two separate buildings with a total of around 19,300 m² of lettable space, one of which was completed only recently.
