Noerr advises DIC Asset AG on real estate acquisitions in Bremen

Noerr has once again assisted DIC Asset AG in connection with a real estate transaction. The listed real estate company has acquired an office complex with two multi-tenant office buildings in Bremen city centre for the specialty fund DIC Office Balance V.

A team from Noerr’s Real Estate Investment Group led by Alexander Jänecke acted for DIC Asset AG. The Frankfurt-based Noerr partner and the firm’s Real Estate Investment Group were involved in various transactions by the SDAX company over the past few months. A team led by Alexander Jänecke advised them, for example, at the end of 2018 in connection with a forward deal in which DIC Asset AG secured a new construction project in Berlin-Halensee worth €90 million.
