Noerr advises Earlybird on investment in Legal Tech platform LexFox

11.09.2019

Noerr has advised Earlybird on a round of financing for the Legal Tech start-up LexFox. The venture capital investors Earlybird and Target Global are jointly investing a seven-figure amount in the B2C platform.

LexFox is using its fresh capital to establish an umbrella brand for consumer rights and expand into further European markets. The websites previously operated separately for rental, Internet and employment contracts as well as new offers will now be combined under the umbrella brand. Headquartered in Berlin, LexFox currently operates the websites wenigermiete.de, mehrabfindung.de and weniger-internetkosten.de and since its foundation has also concentrated on developing software to automate case processing and build new products within a very short time.

This is the first time Earlybird, an investor specialised in technology companies, and Target Global have invested in a B2C Legal Tech start-up in Europe.
