Noerr advises Gateway Real Estate AG on sale of Development Partner AG

A team from Noerr led by Felix Blobel and Laurenz Wieneke has advised developer Gateway Real Estate AG on selling all shares in Development Partner AG and its shares in three additional project companies. The purchasers are private investors.

The total sales proceeds are in the lower three-digit million euro range. With this sale, the company entirely ends its activities in the "commercial properties development" segment and will only concentrate on the residential properties area in the future. Purchasers are private investors. Closing of the share purchase is subject to conditions precedent and is intended for the beginning of March 2021.

Noerr advises Gateway Real Estate AG on a regular basis, most recently on its successful Frankfurt Stock Exchange IPO in 2019.
