Noerr advises Gold Tree on sale of real estate worth over €100m

Noerr has advised the Gold Tree Group on the sale of two office properties to health insurer Süddeutsche Krankenversicherung (SDK). The deal is worth over €100m.

Both properties are let, with one located in Ratingen (near Düsseldorf) and the other in Leipzig (near the main station). While the transaction in Ratingen was structured as a share deal, the Leipzig property was sold in an asset deal. Closing took place at the end of March.

A Noerr team led by Annette Pospich and Manuel Lomb acted as advisors to Gold Tree in both transactions. The Swiss investor had already relied on teams led by Annette Pospich, who heads Noerr’s Real Estate Investment Practice Group (REIG), when buying the properties back in 2017.
