Noerr advises Inception on sale of online bank Penta to finleap

Noerr has advised the British venture capital investor Inception Ltd. on the sale of its stake in Penta, a Berlin-based online bank, to finleap, Europe’s leading fintech ecosystem.

Penta offers digital banking services for business customers, specialising in SMEs and startups in the tech sector. Established in 2016, Penta currently has than 5,500 customers using its services. The finleap Group, which is headquartered in Berlin, includes companies such as solarisBank, the first banking platform with a full banking licence, and the digital insurer ELEMENT.
