Noerr advises Instone Real Estate on sale of two residential complexes in Frankfurt

Under the leadership of partner Alexander Jänecke, our firm has advised the nationwide residential development company Instone Real Estate Development GmbH on selling two construction sites in Frankfurt’s Schönhof district via a forward deal.

The areas in question are construction sites C3 and F3 with residential space of some 24,000 square metres in total. On site C3, Instone Real Estate Development GmbH will build 132 residential units with underground parking for 80 cars based on a design by the Wiesbaden architects BGF+.

Construction site F3 will be realised according to a design by the Frankfurt architects Scharnberger. Instone Real Estate Development GmbH will build 182 residential units and a nursery with four groups comprising 800 square metres of space and underground parking with 58 single and 56 double parking bays.

Both construction sites are still in the planning phase. Planning permission will be applied for in the first quarter of 2022.
