Noerr advises ISS Deutschland on strategic sale

Noerr has advised the Danish facility services company ISS on the sale of its subsidiary ISS Facility Services to Düsseldorf based Klüh Group.

ISS Facility Services GmbH provides cleaning, catering and security services regarding the real estate portfolios of business customers across Germany. The company’s most recent turnover was €46 million. Around 2,000 employees and 700 customers in Germany are subject to the sale. The disposal of this business is part of ISS Group’s strategy under which intends to primarily focus on integrated facility management solutions for national and international key account customers.

The closing of the transaction is still subject to customary conditions precedent including cartel clearance.
