Noerr advises Leesys - Leipzig Electronic Systems GmbH on sale to KATEK Group

Under the leadership of its Dresden-based partner Marlies Raschke, Noerr has advised Leesys – Leipzig Electronic Systems GmbH, a company in debtor-in-possession management, on the sale of its operations to KATEK Group. The sale secures the production site in Leipzig.

Closing of the transaction is subject to approval by the competition authorities in German and Austria.
