Noerr advises NNE on sale of European subsidiaries

Noerr has advised the Danish NNE A/S on the sale of its German, Swiss and Belgian subsidiaries NNE GmbH, NNE AG and NNE SA to the German company TTP AG.

NNE specialises in providing engineering and advisory services especially for large-scale projects in the growth markets biotechnology and pharmaceutics. TTP AG is an operational holding company specialising in production-related engineering services for the process industry. TTP AG wishes to continue to operate the three NNE subsidiaries as largely independent companies in the pharmaceutical and life science segment on the European market.

Implementation of the sale is still subject to certain conditions precedent.
