Noerr advises Oddo on successful placement of EUR 300 million bond of ADLER Real Estate

The law firm Noerr has advised ODDO SEYDLER BANK AG and Oddo & Cie. on the successful placement of a corporate bond of ADLER Real Estate AG. ODDO SEYDLER BANK acted as Sole Global Coordinator and together with Oddo & Cie. as Joint Bookrunner. The corporate bond’s volume amounts to EUR 300 million.

The private placement was addressed to qualified investors outside the U.S. With a term of five years, the bond has a coupon of 4.75% p.a. which has been set in a bookbuilding process. The net proceeds from the issue primarily serve to finance the acquisition of the Berlin company WESTGRUND AG.
