Noerr has advised the shareholders of MOTOR-TALK GmbH on the sale of the company to mobile.de GmbH. The shareholders include a subsidiary of Axel Springer SE and the investment company Global Founders Capital.
With the purchase of MOTOR-TALK, mobile.de – an eBay Classifieds Group (eCG) company – is taking over Europe’s largest online automotive community. More than 2.6 million registered users use the platform to informed themselves about car-related subjects and communicate with other members in forums and blogs. The platform has the largest online reach in the automotive sector.
