Noerr advises Rubix Group on acquisition of Polish industrial fittings provider PePe

Noerr’s Warsaw office has advised Brammer S.A., a Rubix Group company, on the acquisition of PePe Sp. z o.o, a renowned supplier of specialist flow products in Poland (mainly acid-resistant steel components for the food and beverage industry). The Noerr team provided complex transactional advice including due diligence, drafting and negotiating the SPA and other ancillary contracts, as well as all post-transactional services.

Rubix Group is a portfolio company of Advent International and Europe's largest supplier of industrial maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) products and services. By acquiring PePe, Rubix has gained a strong platform to further develop its product range for the food and beverage industry, and expand its capabilities in the segment across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
