Noerr advises Savills Investment Management on sale of retail complex in Berlin

A team headed by Annette Pospich and Manuel Lomb has advised Savills Investment Management on the sale of the Schlosspark-Center retail complex to Union Investment.

The Schlosspark-Center, which was built in 2011, is located in the Pankow district of Berlin and has a lettable area of just under 6,000 square metres. The area is leased to local retailers and doctors’ surgeries. The main tenants are Penny, a food retailer, Rossmann, a drugstore, and Denn’s, an organic supermarket. Around 80,000 people live in the catchment area.

Noerr advised Savills Investment Management on all matters involving real estate law.
