Noerr advises Summit Partners on investment in Cinerius Financial Partners

Under the remit of our Dusseldorf-based partner Natalie Daghles our firm has advised Summit Partners on its investment in Cinerius Financial Partners AG.

Summit Partners is an investment company specialising in growth capital which currently has capital worth more than 23 billion US dollars under management.

Cinerius, headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, is pursuing the objective of uniting selected non-bank asset managers in the German-speaking region under one roof while at the same time preserving their individual corporate identities.

Cinerius will provide the asset management partners access to support in the areas of regulatory and digitalisation as well as access to growth capital in the future. Further services in the areas of compliance, HR and marketing are planned.

Four well-known asset managers have already decided to join Cinerius, subject to approval of closing by the regulators.
