Noerr advises Swedish investor on acquisition of S+S Regeltechnik

Noerr has advised the Swedish company Latour Industries AB on a strategic takeover on the German market. Through its subsidiary Bemsiq AB the Swedish investor is acquiring Nuremberg-based S+S Regeltechnik GmbH.

S+S Regeltechnik is one of the leading manufacturers of advanced sensor technology for measurement and control in facility automation and mechanical engineering. The transaction, which is due to be completed in January 2020, will help Bemsiq extend its presence in Germany. Bemsiq specialises in innovative products in the fields of building automation and measurement and is a portfolio company of Latour Industries AB, a subsidiary of investment company Investment AB Latour, which is listed on the Nasdaq Nordic Large.
