Noerr advises the ISS Group on strategic divesting

A team of the law firm Noerr advised ISS Facility Services GmbH on a strategic sale of its personnel and housekeeping services division. The purchaser is the logistics company Teamwork – Die Büttgen GmbH.

The two divisions employ approx. 400 in a number of locations. As a result of the sale, ISS concentrates in Germany on its core facility management business. The ISS Group with headquarters in Copenhagen is since March 2014 again listed on the stock exchange and is among the worldwide leading facility service providers. Its turnover from cleaning, technical, catering, security and integrated facility services is over 10.5 billion Euro.
