Noerr advises TKH Group on takeover of Lakesight Technologies

TKH Group N.V. has announced that it has reached agreement on the acquisition of Lakesight Technologies, a global vision technology group. Noerr advised TKH on the acquisition together with an integrated team from Gianni Origoni. The seller is the private equity investor Ambienta.

Companies belonging to Lakesight include Chromasens GmbH from Constance, Mikrotron GmbH from Munich and Tattile Srl from Italy. While Chromasens and Tattile are particularly specialised in industrial image processing systems, Mikrotron is an internationally renowned manufacturer of robust high-speed cameras in the machine vision market. The Dutch-listed technology company TKH Group is an internationally active group of companies specialising in developing and providing innovative solutions in the fields of telecoms, building management and industrial applications. The transaction is expected to be closed before year-end.
