Noerr appoints Volker Kroner as Chief Financial Officer

The leading international independent law firm Noerr has appointed Volker Kroner (52) as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) from 1 October. The business management graduate and tax consultant was previously Head of Tax at the Schoen Clinic Group.

“We are delighted to have recruited Volker Kroner, who is a proven expert in the field of finance and accounting, as our CFO,” said the firm’s managing partner Torsten Fett.

“Volker has extensive experience in advising companies on tax matters and preparing and auditing annual financial statements,” added Alexander Ritvay, who shares the position of managing partner with Fett.

Volker Kroner studied business management at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg (FAU). He subsequently worked at various companies, including 18 years at the Schwarz Group, most recently as a member of the management and head of international tax at one of its subsidiaries, the building services company Schwarz Dienstleistungen.
