Noerr strengthens Corporate/M&A practice with industry expert Carmen Böhn

Carmen Böhn will be joining Noerr’s Corporate/M&A practice at its Frankfurt office on 15 September as an associated partner. She is joining Noerr from Bilfinger SE, where she was legal counsel.

Carmen Böhn was in-house legal counsel at the industry service provider Bilfinger, focussing on M&A, restructuring and company law. Prior to this, she worked for several years as a lawyer at Clifford Chance, advising clients from the finance and banking sectors on their M&A activities and corporate structuring. Carmen Böhn has particular expertise in the automotive industry and advising on digitalisation projects as part of transactions.
