Noerr strengthens its private equity and venture capital practice with Dominik Rompza

A prominent addition is strengthening Noerr’s Private Equity & Venture Capital practice group: Dominik Rompza joined its Berlin office as an Associated Partner on 1 August. Dominik Rompza has come to Noerr from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

Dominik Rompza specialises in advising venture capital companies and private equity investors over the entire life cycles of their investments. He is regularly also involved in high-volume international M&A transactions. At Noerr he will be strengthening the distinguished Private Equity & Venture Capital practice group with the Berlin corporate partners Felix Blobel, Sascha Leske and Christian Pleister.
