Noerr advises Instone on the sale of residential and commercial properties in the future Schönhof quarter in Frankfurt to Nassauische Heimstätte

Noerr has again supported Instone Real Estate with a transaction in the Frankfurt property market. The listed residential developer sold two building plots in the future Schönhof quarter including residential and commercial properties to be built on them to Nassauische Heimstätte | Wohnstadt (NHW) as part of a forward deal.

The project will be executed on the southeast edge of the quarter being developed on the former Siemens site in Bockenheim, Frankfurt. On a total area of around 26,500 square metres, approximately 210 apartments, a student residence with around 175 rooms and a daycare centre are to be built. The purchase price is being kept confidential.

A Noerr team led by Alexander Jänecke acted on behalf of Instone. Just recently, another team he led supported Instone with the sale of the Frankfurt Kleyerquartier site to a specialist real estate fund managed by the pensions provider Bayerische Versorgungskammer (BVK).
