Peter M. Lagally new HR head at Noerr

On 1 November, Peter M. Lagally became the new head of law firm Noerr’s entire human resources department. Based in Noerr’s Munich office, he is responsible for a total of around 550 professionals and more than 1,100 employees and reports directly to co-managing partners Torsten Fett and Alexander Ritvay.

Since 2012, the 49-year-old Lagally has held human resources leadership positions in various divisions of the Novartis group, adding to his many years of human resources leadership experience at well-known companies such as Bayer and Deutsche Lufthansa.
