Real estate lawyer Christoph Hons joins Noerr

Noerr is expanding its Real Estate Investment Group further: Christoph Hons joined the practice group as an Associated Partner based at Noerr's Frankfurt office on 1 February. The 36-year-old real estate law expert previously worked for Jones Day.

Christoph Hons specialises in advising national and international real estate investors. This includes legal advice on transactions as well as advice on project developments. Annette Pospich, head of the Real Estate Investment Group, emphasises: "Taking Christoph Hons on board enhances our strategy of focusing on the next generation of professionals as part of our interdisciplinary, comprehensive and cross-location advisory approach."

With its strong positioning, the Real Estate Investment Group has been able to gain decisive market shares in recent years. Besides advising major national real estate companies and institutional investors, Noerr has continuously expanded its market position, in particular with international clients such as private equity funds. Christoph Hons joins the around 60 experts of Noerr's Real Estate Investment Group. The practice group headed by Munich-based partner Annette Pospich combines all disciplines relevant to the real estate industry and offers with its interdisciplinary approach a unique advisory portfolio.
