We also guarantee that for transfers to our dependent branches we comply with the obligations under the EU standard contractual clauses in accordance with Article 46 paragraph 5 of the General Data Protection Regulation that were adopted under Article 26 paragraph 4 of the previous Data Protection Directive (Directive 95/46/EC).
