Konrad Żdanowiecki specialises in legal advice on complex IT projects, IT transactions and all manner of IT contracts (software, hardware, infrastructure and data) and also advises on issues of data privacy law, the right to data, digitizing corporate processes, IT compliance and software copyright. Konrad’s key practice areas include national and international outsourcing projects, cloud computing, software development projects and industry-specific aspects of IT usage, for example in banking and insurance supervisory law, the law of public administration and social data privacy.
