Katrin advises national and international clients primarily on mergers and acquisitions (including sales and acquisitions of businesses by way of asset or share deal), market entries, performance of due diligence exercises, reorganizations and joint ventures. She especially has expertise in advising (international) companies in the regulated industries, e.g. energy – including renewable energies and energy-intensive industries –, infrastructure and public sector enterprises.
