Szilvia Andriska

Dr. Szilvia Andriska’s main practice area is advising on real estate transactions and full-scale real estate development projects. She has comprehensive experience in representing parties to lease agreements, both on the lessor and the lessee side. Szilvia Andriska has extensive experience in litigation in the field of law of obligations, commercial law and out-of court procedures occurring in companies’ operation. She also represents clients in competition law cases, such as merger clearance procedures, and also participates in elaborating internal policies and holding trainings concerning competition law and compliance.
