Steffen Burrer

Dr Steffen Burrer is an Associated Partner, a specialist lawyer for international commercial law and specialises in the areas of product liability and international private and international civil procedure law. He is one of the practice's outstanding litigators and regularly handles court and out-of-court disputes with an international element. He also has particular expertise in European and international enforcement law and thus enforces his clients' claims in an international context. At the same time, Steffen Burrer has many years of experience in advising on product safety law and thus combines product liability law advice with product regulatory expertise, particularly in the automotive sector and in the supply industry. This includes representing clients in genuine product liability cases as well as recall cost recourse cases.
